About
Warm Homes Group

We haven’t just arrived in the energy industry

Warm Homes Group has grown from years of working in homes, on sites and within the energy efficiency and renewables industry.

Our Background

Our sister company, Warm Homes Energy Group Ltd, has been delivering energy efficiency and improvement works for years. During that time, we've worked across domestic properties, larger programmes and contractor-led projects, building up the knowledge and experience that sits behind Warm Homes Group today.

We've seen the industry change considerably during that time – and we've grown with it.

Today our focus is on Solar PV, Battery Storage, Electrical Services and Air Conditioning, working with homeowners, businesses and organisations across North Wales and the North West.

Built on Experience

A lot goes on behind a good installation that the customer never sees.

Before anyone picks up a tool, there are surveys, designs, calculations, electrical requirements, product choices and sometimes network applications to deal with.

Then there is the installation itself, testing, commissioning, certification and making sure everything has been handed over properly.

We've spent years working in an industry where those details matter.

Our background through Warm Homes Energy Group has given us experience of working within strict technical and compliance requirements, managing work across multiple properties and dealing with the paperwork and quality checks that come with it.

That experience now runs through everything we do at Warm Homes Group.

We've grown with
the Industry

Warm Homes started with one simple aim – to help improve people's homes.

Over the years, the way homes and businesses use energy has changed.

Solar technology has moved on. Battery storage has become more accessible. Electricity use is increasing and more businesses are looking seriously at how they can generate and manage their own power.

Our business has developed alongside those changes.

We've invested in our qualifications, our people and our accreditations so that we can deliver more of the work ourselves and take responsibility for the complete job.

Warm Homes Group is the result of that progression.

It's not a move away from where we started. It's where years of working in the energy industry have naturally taken us.

Homes, Businesses &
Larger Projects

We're just as happy helping somebody understand Solar PV for their home as we are looking at a larger commercial project.

For homeowners, we keep things simple. We'll explain what we think will work, why we're recommending it and what you're actually paying for.

For businesses, we'll look at how the building uses energy and whether the investment stacks up before recommending a system.

And for contractors, housing providers and other organisations, we understand that there's another side to the job entirely – programmes, site requirements, health and safety, documentation, compliance and deadlines.

We've built the business to be able to work across all three.

We're a North Wales Business

Warm Homes Group is based in North Wales and that's important to us.

We're building a business that employs local people, works with other local businesses and gives customers across North Wales and the North West access to a contractor they can come back to.

We want to grow, but we don't want to become a company where customers don't know who they're dealing with.

The relationships we've built over the years are a big part of how we've got to where we are today.

We've Invested in Doing Things Properly

As the business has grown, we've continued to invest in the qualifications and accreditations needed to back up the work we do.

We're MCS Certified for Solar PV and Battery Storage, with certification covering the supply, design, installation, commissioning and handover of those systems.

Our NAPIT certification covers electrical installations in both homes and non-domestic properties, as well as periodic electrical inspection and testing.

We're also a TrustMark Registered Business and hold CHAS Elite, supporting the work we carry out for larger commercial clients and within established supply chains.

We take those standards seriously because we've worked hard to get them.

Where We're Going

Warm Homes Group is about taking everything we've built over the years and moving it forward.

More renewable energy. More electrical capability. More commercial work.

And a business that's capable of taking on bigger projects without forgetting the homeowners and customers who helped us build it in the first place.

We're ambitious about where Warm Homes Group is going, but the basics won't change.

Do the job properly. Look after the customer. Stand behind the work.

That's how we've built the business so far and that's how we intend to keep building it.

Accredited. Certified. Trusted.
